“Secret window” is another photograph in a series of images with a highly symbolic dimension. As in the work “Liberation,” Ryczek uses the popular image of the pigeon as a representation of freedom. In this case, however, the bird is turned with its body toward the facade of the building, on which is reflected the motif of a double-paned window – a symbol of openness and a new perspective. The photograph can therefore be read as an affirmation of freedom, although the means of expression used leave the viewer with a sense of understatement, opening up the possibility of independent interpretation and playing a game of associations.
The edition is available in three formats: 33.5 x 50 cm, 45.5 x 68 cm, 50 x 75 cm, issued in 7, 8 and 15 copies respectively. Add 5 cm of white margin to each format. Digigraphie® digital print, Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Baryta 315 gr/m2 paper. Digigraphie® Certificate of Authenticity.
