What personal information is collected and used by Limited Edition?
Users of our services remain anonymous until they decide otherwise themselves. Resulting from the general principles of connections made on the Internet
information contained in system logs (e.g. IP address) is used by Limited Edition to collect general, statistical demographic information
(e.g., about the region from which the call is made).
Creating an account on our services, requires filling out a form, in which it is necessary to provide information necessary to identify the customer making the purchase
(name and surname), enabling the user to be contacted (home address, e-mail address and telephone) and information on where to deliver the parcel
(shipping address). The information provided in the form is used by us only for necessary contacts with our users.
Information is stored and processed by Limited Edition with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law.
Is the personal information provided shared with others?
Limited Edition does not share personal information with others, except for the purpose of fulfilling an order (courier companies, artists shipping directly from their studios).
The data is stored on the Magento platform on which the store is built. In addition, the names and email addresses of customers and newsletter subscribers s stored on the MailChimp platform for sending newsletters. MailChimp meets the requirements
Data protection laws. Both platforms are user and password protected.
The right to inspect, correct and delete your information
Limited Edition uses the ready-made automatic unsubscribe solution provided by MailChimp, by clicking a button
“unsubscribe”. Removal of customer data from the Magento database is possible after contacting us at zdres office@limitededition.pl or phone number +48502381176.
In the event that the user finds such a solution insufficient, he may turn in writing to:

Voluntary decision by the user
The possibility of making a purchase on our services is possible both with and without an account, but in both cases it is necessary for the user to provide data from the
attention to the possibility of identifying, contacting the user as well as delivering the purchased goods to him. Leaving your data in the services is voluntary

A. for the purpose of providing information about events organized by Limited Edition or in which Limited Edition participates (openings, finishes, art fairs, online exhibitions

faking knowledge about our customers, being the realization of our legitimate interest in this – in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO;
C. in order for us to offer you products and services directly (direct marketing), including matching them to your needs, i.e. profiling,
being the realization of our legitimate interest in this – in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph. 1(f) RODO,
D. in order to conclude and perform the sales contract
Right to object
At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your data described above. We will stop processing your data for these purposes,
unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for us to use your data that override your interests,
rights and freedoms or your data will be necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims.
At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. If you take advantage of this
law – we will stop processing data for this purpose.
Data retention period
We may process data processed for direct marketing of our products and services until you object to its processing, including
purpose or determine that they have become obsolete.
If a contract is concluded, we will keep the personal data resulting from the concluded contract for 10 years for natural persons and 5 years for legal entities.
Data processed on the basis of the consent given will be stored until the consent is withdrawn.
Recipients of data
Your personal data may be disclosed to other data controllers processing data on their own behalf:
– entities conducting postal or courier services,
– entities engaged in payment activities (banks, payment institutions, and financial institutions),

In the process [e.g., preference analysis/performance of a contract], we make decisions by automated means, including profiling, based on data such as product data
found in the shopping cart, the length of time spent on the various tabs of the store, the amount of the order placed…. These decisions are made completely automatically
based on scoring models and statistical analysis, etc. Decisions made in this automated manner affect, for example, the availability of products, the introduction of
New functionalities, solutions in the store, the way the offer is presented, etc.

(2) The service performs functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior as follows:
a. By voluntarily entering information in the forms
b. By storing cookies (so-called “cookies”) on end devices
c. By collecting web server logs
INFORMATION IN THE FORMS
1 The service collects information and personal data voluntarily provided by the user in the forms.
(2) The data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, such as for the purpose of processing an order, complaint, business contact or sending a newsletter.
3. the service may save, in addition, information about the parameters of the connection (time stamp, IP address)
4 Limited Edition collects only those data that are necessary for the proper provision of the services offered
(5) The User consents to the transfer of his personal data to third parties for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper implementation of the services provided under the Regulations. This consent specifically includes the transfer of data to the intermediary company for ordering courier services and courier companies for the purpose of shipping. Users’ personal database is subject to legal protection. This data is especially protected and secured from unauthorized access.
(6) The operator of the Limited Edition web gallery may process the following data characterizing the User’s use of the service provided electronically (exploitation data):
a. signs identifying the User
b. designations identifying the telecommunications network termination or data communications system used by the User
c. information about the beginning, end and scope of each use of the service provided electronically
d. information about the use of electronically provided services by the customer
(7) The operator of the Limited Edition online gallery is not responsible for the authenticity of information and data provided by Users or information about Users provided to other Users. The Store Operator notes that it is not possible to verify their compliance with the real state.
8 The Limited Edition Internet Gallery provides Users with the exercise of their rights under the Personal Data Protection Act, in particular, the User has the right to inspect his/her personal data and the right to change, correct and request its deletion, by means of an electronically sent statement to the email address of the Limited Edition Internet Gallery.
(9) Exercising the right to delete one’s own data from the Limited Edition online gallery system is tantamount to deregistration of the User and termination of the contract. With the deletion of the User’s Account, Limited Edition Internet Gallery will delete the User’s data permanently and irretrievably, thus ceasing the processing of the User’s personal data. However, the administrator reserves the right to keep data such as the time and IP address of the user’s login after the deletion of the account for the purposes of the Police and the Prosecutor’s Office, as well as data necessary for the settlement of services rendered until they are settled.

(3) Cookies are small text files, stored to maintain the User’s session (after logging in), so that the User does not have to enter the User’s name and password on each page, to create viewing statistics, to present online advertisements with content most similar to the User’s interests, and to create online surveys and protect them from multiple voting by the same people. These files do not collect the User’s personal data, do not change the configuration of the User’s computer, are not used to install or uninstall any computer programs, viruses or trojans, do not interfere with the integrity of the User’s system or data, are not processed by other websites and can be deleted by the User at any time.
(4) Cookies are used by Limited Edition only to enable the correct operation of the site’s functionality, to create statistics and to administer the site. Cookies do not cause configuration changes in users’ terminal devices and do not have any effect on the operation of software installed on these devices.
