Automated decision-making

In the process [e.g., preference analysis/performance of a contract], we make decisions by automated means, including profiling, based on data such as product data
found in the shopping cart, the length of time spent on the various tabs of the store, the amount of the order placed…. These decisions are made completely automatically
based on scoring models and statistical analysis, etc. Decisions made in this automated manner affect, for example, the availability of products, the introduction of
New functionalities, solutions in the store, the way the offer is presented, etc.
