Additional information:

“Let’s watch humans die…” is a series created in 2020. The project was a series of photographs depicting Ida Karkoszka’s sculptures (a pig, a raven and a rat) as observers of the catastrophes created by today’s consumerist society in various locations across Poland. The sculptures were also displayed at the Polish Sculpture Center in Oronsko as an “Exhibition that no one will see” during the pandemic. Then, a sculpture depicting the same three animals was installed on the roof of the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw, looking out over the capital’s skyline. The installation is a preview of Ida Karkoszka’s new exhibition “Let’s watch,” organized by Limited Edition Gallery and the Warsaw Marriott Hotel. The exhibition at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel features the artist’s cast sculptures in aluminum and bronze, acrylic resin sculptures, video works and photographs, which are a record of a year-long journey of the artist and her sculptures through places marked by destructive human activity. Exhibition duration: 26.10-23.11.2023.

The edition is available in three formats: 36.5 x 50 cm, 49 x 67 cm, 55 x 75 cm, issued in 7, 8 and 15 copies respectively. Add 5 cm of white margin to each format. Digigraphie® digital print, Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Baryta 315 gr/m2 paper. Digigraphie® Certificate of Authenticity.
