The extremely expressive sculptures in the “Let’s watch humans die” series give the impression of being framed in motion. Karkoszka recorded the moment like a frame from a film, which is a hallmark of her work.
Visual artist, graduate of sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (diploma under Prof. Antoni Janusz Pastwa, annex under Prof. Hanna Jelonek), one of the most interesting and talented sculptors currently working. He uses his art to engage with social, environmental and animal rights issues. She found her own, very personal way of pointing out the problems caused by destructive human activity. Showing the work in the right place and using it in a specific context allows it to have a causal and effective impact on the viewer.
