Delicately modeled with chiaroscuro, the figure contrasts with sharp, flat forms that surround her like abstract architecture.<x id=\"gid_0\"><\/x>The work represents Fangor&#8217;s early period, in which the artist experimented with the juxtaposition of figuration and geometry, exploring the way the human form functions in the visual space constructed by the artist.
